Field Experience

Combination Welder | 8 Years

My career took me across the country working on high-pressure transmission pipelines, compressor stations, and treatment facilities. From Alaska with ConocoPhillips to projects throughout the East Coast, I learned firsthand what quality craftsmanship looks like under demanding conditions. I don’t just inspect welds—I know what it takes to produce them.

AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) | 1 Year

After years in the field, I transitioned into welding inspection, applying practical experience with strict code compliance to ensure every weld met the highest industry standards.

Chief Inspector | 8 Years

As Chief Inspector, I’ve led inspection teams and managed quality assurance on major infrastructure projects across the United States, including:

33 miles of the Mountain Valley Pipeline

Large-scale residential infrastructure expansion for NIPSCO

Enterprise Products, supporting the Northeast Texas Engineering Office with engineering support, sustainable design, cost analysis, construction management, and project oversight

My experience includes managing inspection personnel, maintaining project schedules, coordinating with contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting owner interests from project kickoff through final turnover.

My experience spans across oil and gas, energy, midstream, consulting, and service industries, where I’ve partnered with organizations ranging from major operators to growing businesses and startups.  

A significant portion of my career has been devoted to the oil and gas industry, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with both major operators and contract service providers. My experience includes full-time leadership roles as well as contract recruiting and consulting assignments with Antero Resources, Crestwood Midstream, Petroleum Development Corporation (PDC), USA Field Services, CNX, Iron Synergy, and numerous regional contractors and consulting firms. These experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s operational demands, safety culture, regulatory environment, and workforce challenges.

Throughout my career, I have successfully recruited and hired professionals at every level—from field personnel to executive leadership—with a strong emphasis on pipeline inspectors, chief inspectors, welding inspectors, coating inspectors, utility inspectors, environmental inspectors, construction managers, project managers, engineers, operations personnel, maintenance professionals, and other highly specialized technical experts. Having worked closely with operators, contractors, and inspection professionals, I understand the importance of assembling teams that not only possess the right technical qualifications but also align with each client’s culture, safety expectations, and project objectives.
